In a significant move to enhance its cybersecurity measures, Netcore, a prominent player in Agentic Marketing, has named Jayesh Bhatt as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This appointment is indicative of the company’s strategic shift towards embedding security at the core of its operations, especially as it ventures further into global markets characterized by stringent data regulations and intensive digital environments.
Jayesh Bhatt brings with him an impressive 16 years of expertise in cybersecurity, having honed his skills across diverse sectors such as retail, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), and IT. His career includes notable roles in high-profile organizations including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), State Bank of India (SBI), and other major entities like HDFC and Canon. During his tenure, he successfully spearheaded initiatives designed to bolster security protocols, mitigate the risk of data breaches, and implement robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks that align with industry regulations.
At Netcore, Jayesh’s responsibilities are comprehensive. He will spearhead the company’s global security framework, crafting long-term security architecture and strategy. Central to his role will be the oversight of enterprise risk management and compliance, as well as the integration of secure-by-design principles during product development. Jayesh is tasked with ensuring that Netcore’s security practices are in harmony with global standards, enhancing measures for data privacy and protection, and building adaptable, high-performing global security teams to bolster the company’s international growth.
Taking on this pivotal role, Jayesh remarked, “Security today is foundational to trust.” His perspective underscores the evolving landscape of customer engagement, which is increasingly data-driven and AI-oriented. He emphasizes the necessity for organizations to adopt proactive, risk-based strategies regarding data and digital platform security. “I am excited to join Netcore Cloud at a time when data security, privacy, and resilience are critical priorities for every CMO and CTO alike,” he added. Drawing from his extensive experience in the regulated sectors, he recognizes that effective governance, stringent controls, and transparency are essential in fostering enduring trust in digital relationships. Jayesh’s aim is clear: to strengthen Netcore’s security and privacy mechanisms so that over 6,500 global brands can innovate with confidence.
The strategic significance of Jayesh’s appointment is further highlighted by comments from Kalpit Jain, Group CEO of Netcore Cloud. He stated, “As enterprises become more conscious of data security, privacy, and breach resilience, security leadership becomes central to business strategy.” This underscores the reality that as Netcore expands its footprint—particularly in heavily regulated markets like North America and Europe—clients expect a commitment to bank-grade security protocols. Jayesh’s wide-ranging experience in these tightly regulated environments positions him perfectly to bolster Netcore’s security-first approach, reinforcing the trust that customers place in the company.
This appointment not only signifies a robust investment in enhancing cybersecurity within Netcore but also marks the beginning of a new chapter as Jayesh leads efforts to navigate the complexities of a digital and regulatory landscape filled with evolving threats. As enterprises increasingly rely on AI-driven, data-intensive engagement models, Jayesh’s leadership promises to elevate Netcore’s security posture, enabling clients to thrive within this intricate ecosystem.
